Jim Boardman – Jim was an established member of the International Teamsters Union, where he worked for over 20 years across a spectrum of advisory and executive positions. His extensive background with the unions includes high – level organizational work as well as the creation and delivery of outside services and products into the international union community. Mr. Boardman served as executive coordinator for the largest Teamster local in the western United States, In 1992 Mr. Boardman served as a consultant for the international in the creation of Teamsters Joint Council 92 with a membership of over 60,000 when it was initially established. During his tenure Mr. Boardman served as a trustee on many Taft-Hartley trust funds for the Teamster Union including the Teamster and Food Employers security Trust Fund that managed over $150 million a month in employee benefit monies. There he negotiated insurance benefits with multiple hospital and physician groups.  Mr. Boardman oversaw the negotiations of 275 collective bargaining agreements with corporations throughout the western United States every 3 years. Other notable positions Mr. Boardman held while with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters: Advisor to Joint Council 92 and Chairman of political screening committee Executive Assistant to international Vice President Western Conference   In 1996, Mr Boardman left the Teamsters Union to form Boardman, Holland and Associates, a consulting firm working with major insurance payer groups such as Prudential, Wellpoint (Blue cross of California) Greenspring (Magellan) and Alignis. Over the next six years, Mr. Boardmans company (B,H & A) delivered over 1.2 million members to these clients from California Union Trust funds to Blue Cross representing about 20% of their overall business. Continuing with his success in developing Union business for third party providers, Mr. Boardman formed InterHealth Technologies in 2000 to provide product and business development to the emerging Technology / Internet industry. Beginning in 2004 Mr. Boardman created a private communications/ media network for the labor union to be able to communicate in real time with their membership the result Union Media News Corp was born. In 2010 Mr. Boardman moved into the energy space and has started three energy trading companies and two other companies that own assets and refineries throughout the Americas.

Oscar Bustamante – Oscar brings expertise and finance skills as the President of Portfolio Financial Group. Al Elias – For the last seven years, Fiberand, via Albert Elias, with his many worldwide contacts and his knowledge of the oil industry, entered into the field of commodities specializing in the trading of oil. Founder and owner of Fiberand, Inc. (www.fiberand.com). In 1987 Fiberand introduced fiber-reinforced roads – Stone Matrix Asphalt and fiber-reinforced Open Graded Friction Course to the Federal Highway Administration. This technology has since been implemented in the majority of the states in the USA. The first state to utilize this technology, was the state of Georgia. State of Georgia working in tandem with Fiberand awarded as Best Arterial Roads In America, for 7 straight years. This title was presented to State of Georgia by the Federal Highway Administration. Under the egis of Albert Elias, Fiberand has not only introduced an important technology to American roads it has developed a number of new patents. “The CO2ube”, a portable unit that makes dry ice in less than two minutes, will soon hit the market. This is a revolutionary process for making solid instant dry ice. Fiberand is currently developing a new technology for making continuous basalt fiber without the use of bushings. In 2007, Fiberand via Elias Chemicals, introduced an oil technology to NOC (Libya National Oil Company) that puts paraffin in suspension downhole. Houston area landfills, constructed landfill cells and roads. Long Point Partners, Manager; initial siting and permitting for Type I Solid Waste Landfill in Fort Bend County, Texas. Gulf Coast Brick, LP, Consultant; set-up dry cast brick plant to manufacture interlocking erosion control blocks for United States Army Corps of Engineer’s Sims Bayou Project. Mnl Brazoria, LLC, Consultant; chemical plant expansion. Tenures (combined 6-years) with Texas Industries and Pioneer Concrete, salesman; ready mix concrete sales in excess of 1,000,000 cubic yards. Stabilized Materials, salesman; cement stabilized sand and concrete pipe. LMI Fiberglass Products, President; manufactured underground sanitary sewer fiberglass manholes at Houston plant. LMI operations sold to Stabilized Materials.

Rudy Terrazas – Rudy grew up in the family owned business as general contractors and developers. As CEO, he grew the business substantially. He is experienced in numerous aspects of the light and heavy industrial sectors, providing leadership, organization and management in all building and development discipline areas. In his 43 year career in the construction and development industry ownership and management, Terrazas has performed a wide range of projects within the United States Government Departments of: the Navy, Air Force, Veterans Administration, Marines, USPS, NASA and Army Corps of Engineers; including numerous cities, counties as well as numerous private owned entities. In addition, he was a director in ESA Engineering Corporation, a design, build and operating firm for electric power generating plants of various capacities that were fueled by oil, coal, natural gas, landfill gas and others. He also consulted to Bechtel as an Engineer on approximately 150 miles of Alaskan right of way, and above and below ground pipeline installation equivalent to a value of $1.12B. In the Sudan, N. E. Africa, Terrazas commissioned to supply material and equipment to Chevron Oil to develop its oil concession. In 2011, Rudy consulted to provide costs for development of a 250 BPD oil refinery for a Middle East organization through a private concern in the U.K. In the past several years Terrazas was asked to join and now participates as a Full Partner in various oil related firms, structuring Purchase and Sale of refined fuels, development of small to medium refineries and concession development for below ground assets.
